Edition 56: Ali Rohde Jobs

Happy Thursday, and welcome to Edition 56!

Two quick announcements before we get into the jobs.

First, as some of you know, I offer 15-minute coaching sessions every week for anyone who’d like to chat. I’ve been hearing feedback that by the time people get to speak to me, it’s been months since they booked the call, and the call is no longer as relevant.

So I created a new link. It’s the same 15-min slots, but they’re now on Mondays and open on a 30- rather than a 60-day rolling basis. Hopefully this works a bit better. (Note that any calls that have been scheduled through the old link will still happen, I just took the link down for future bookings.)

Second, I’ve been hearing founders who, rather than just me sharing their job posting in the newsletter, are asking for me to send them a few specific candidates who are the right fit.

So I’ve decided to pilot an Operator Talent Network to assemble a list of incredible operators who might be open to a new role. Then, when a fast-growing company comes to me with a specific job, I can share with those founders a few profiles from our vetted network that might be a good fit.

A few things to note:

• I will never share your contact information with a founder or anyone else. I will always do the double opt in. If a founder is interested in chatting with you, then I will first ask you if you are open to being connected. If you are open to it, then I will make the connection.

• Months ago, I circulated a similar Airtable. I still have the results of that Airtable, and will combine it with whoever applies this time. If you can’t remember if you applied that time, then just apply again.

• I am going to trial having this be a paid service, where companies pay to receive hand-selected profile. This will also help to cover the costs of writing this newsletter each week. If you are not comfortable with this, then do not fill out the form.
