For my female subscribers, I wanted to highlight Elpha, a free community for women in tech. The startup — led by CEO Cadran Cowansage — was initially built within Y Combinator, but spun out in 2019 as a separate company providing a hybrid social and professional network where women share information and gain access to employment opportunities.

I’ve found it to be a great resource, as well as a great source for interviews with incredible women in tech (h/t Elpha’s Head of Content Jessica Li).
